“M” stands for Market Analysis. I do this for both BUYERS and SELLERS so that whether buying or selling a property you have the most up-to-date and accurate market information to base a purchase price or sale price on.

“A” stands for Appraisal. In our ever changing and fluctuating market, every SELLER wants to make the most money from their sale and every BUYER wants to spend the least money for their purchase. I recommend the SELLER get an appraisal done at the onset of our marketing program. This way we know for sure what your house is worth in the market today as well as what a potential BUYER’s lender would loan on the property. Again, let’s eliminate an obstacle before it arises which will save you both time and money.

“R” stands for Recent Home Inspection. Let’s find out NOW, at the beginning, if there is anything we need to do to make sure that some issue in a home inspection will not jeopardize a sale.

“T” stands for Termite Inspection. We do have termites in Hawaii and most lenders require an inspection to issue loan approval. A little money spent now will expedite the sale of your home as obstacle after obstacle is removed from the BUYER’s pathway.
